Where you stand on refunds.

This policy covers registrations and tickets for events organized by Med&X Association (udruga), covering the Plexus Conference, the Plexus Gala Evening, the Biomedical Forum, Building Bridges, and Med&X Accelerator application fees. It sits alongside our Terms.

1. Registration fees are non-refundable

All registration and ticket fees are non-refundable. Accelerator application processing fees are non-refundable as well. Please make sure you can attend before you pay.

2. You can transfer your place

If you cannot attend, you may pass your place to another person instead. Email info@medx.hr at least 14 days before the event with the new attendee's details, and we will move the registration over once we approve it. There is no charge to transfer, but a name change may not be possible in the final days before an event.

3. If Med&X cancels an event

If we cancel an event outright, we refund your paid fees in full within 30 days, to your original payment method. If we postpone an event instead, your registration carries over to the new date, or we refund you in full if you would rather not attend the rescheduled event. In either case, Med&X is not responsible for any travel, accommodation, or other costs you may have arranged.

4. EU right of withdrawal

For consumers in the European Union, the 14-day right of withdrawal under Directive 2011/83/EU does not apply to tickets for events tied to a specific date. Your options are the transfer and cancellation terms above.

5. How refunds are paid

Where a refund is due (that is, when Med&X cancels), it goes back to the card or account you paid from. Card refunds usually appear within about 10 business days. Bank-transfer refunds can take a little longer, depending on your bank.
