Governance & transparency
Med&X is a Croatian non-profit, and we work to deserve the trust of the researchers, students, partners, and donors who stand with us. Here you will find our founding documents and the way we are governed, kept openly available so anyone can see how the organization is run.
Our commitment
Open by default, in both directions.
We believe that an organization asking people to invest their time, talent, and support owes them a clear view of how it operates. Med&X is run as a non-profit, and we hold ourselves to that standard not because a rule requires it, but because openness is how trust is earned and kept.
This page brings our core governance materials into one place: our statute, our annual financial reports and plans, and the work plans that set out what we intend to do each year. Every document below is the version filed for the Med&X Association, available to download.

02How we are governed
A small team, clearly accountable.
Med&X is led by a leadership team whose responsibilities are set out in our statute. The roles below describe how the organization is steered day to day. The people who hold them are named in our governance documents.
President
Leads the association, represents Med&X publicly, and is accountable for the organization's direction and decisions.
Vice President
Supports the President, helps coordinate the organization's programs, and steps in to represent Med&X where needed.
VP, Human Resources
Oversees the people side of Med&X: the volunteers and contributors whose work makes our programs possible.
